Jennifer Dudd
Jennifer was born and raised in Michigan. In 1994 she and John got married and combined their families resulting in a family with 5 children. Since that time, her family has grown to include 5 sons/daughters in law and 12 grandchildren. Jennifer and John moved to Louisiana in 2000 and then lived in Texas from 2005-2013. They moved to California and stayed until 2015 when they returned to Texas.
In January of 2017 the Dudds were able to realize their true dream and begin their journey to becoming permanent Floridians. They moved to Leesburg in March and joined The Father’s House in April. Jennifer said “As soon as we began attending and participating in life at The Father’s House, we knew we were home.” John began playing the bass guitar with the worship team in May and Jennifer began volunteering for the front of the house.
Jennifer thought she was retiring in March when they moved over to Leesburg from Melbourne after working as a Nursing Home Administrator for 14 years in several states. She began her career as an LPN in various capacities but primarily worked with seniors.
The Dudds were late in discovering their journey as Christ followers, but became involved and were raised to life in 2016 in Colleyville, Texas where they attended an evangelic church.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys playing cards, watching movies, reading, biking, and walking. Jennifer said “We feel very blessed that the journey we were longing for in moving to Leesburg for the past ten years or longer has finally happened. Finding The Father’s House was an added bonus!”
