The Children’s Ministry @TFH is designed to work cooperatively with families to introduce children to the Bible and to a relationship with Jesus.

Children are at the center of God’s Kingdom and He values them so much. We put a high priority on caring for their safety, developmental ability and spiritual foundations in order to support and partner with their parents in training them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

We believe that children are a vital part of God’s commission to reach this community with the Gospel. Come and join us at either 9 am or 11 am every week!

We believe that every child thrives in an environment that is rich with age-appropriate Bible teaching, kid-friendly music, social interaction and playful activities.

We can’t wait to see you!  You might want to come a little early to see what’s going on and to check your kids in to their rooms.  That way, you can make it to the main sanctuary in plenty of time for the Sunday Experience.

If you have any questions, please contact the church.

Birth to Pre-K

SUNDAYS - 9:00 am & 11:00 am
Our Pre-school Ministry instructs children from Birth to Pre-K. We don’t simply change diapers and feed snacks. We actively teach children about Jesus in the way in which they learn most naturally.

K - 5th GRADE

SUNDAYS - 9:00 am & 11:00 am

We provide an engaging environment with: rockin’ worship music, wacky games, fun crafts, exciting Bible Stories, drama and interactive learning that will keep your children begging to come to church every week. They will also be taught the whole Bible inside and out, repeatedly by the time they leave the 3rd grade. Ultimately, we give children an opportunity to become grounded in the Word and to learn to use their God-given gifts to become part of the church even at a young age.

Child Dedication

What is Dedication?
A child/baby dedication is the public commitment of parents to Godly parenting (by word and example) with an understanding that children are a gift from God and that they belong to Him first and foremost. (Psalm 127:3)

It is a promise to give your child every opportunity to develop into the well-rounded Christian individual God intends him or her to be. As parents/guardians, you are the caretakers of your children and you are accountable for your child’s spiritual growth in Christ. (Deuteronomy 6:1-9)

As such, by presenting your child to the Lord, you proclaim your own personal faith in Jesus Christ and show a desire to see God’s will carried out in the life of your child. By giving your child to God, you are acknowledging His partnership in the parenting process and asking for His wisdom and direction.

By dedicating your child with your church family, you recognize that the Church should have a large part in the spiritual growth of your family.
