Embrace Your God-Given Dream

Dream:

  • The thoughts and images you have while sleeping
  • The desires and ambitions you have while awake
  • The  ______ , ___________, or plans God created you to fulfill

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT)

1. ___________TO WHAT GOD IS TELLING YOU

To recognize the voice of God, you must silence every other voice in your head and focus on the one that matters most.

      • God’s dream for your life is far _______  than your dream

God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, His Spirit deeply and gently within us. Ephesians 3:20 (The Message)

      • A dream shows me what God wants to do _________  me

As for having two similar dreams, it means that these events have been  decreed  by  God,  and  He  will  soon  make  them  happen. Genesis 41:32 (NLT)

      • A great dream ___________________  to dream

2.  ____________ “ONLY GOD” MOMENTS

“I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it…“ Revelation 3:8 (NKJV)

3. _______________  TO YOUR “NOW DREAM”

I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can see something of the future He has called you to share. I want you to realize that God has been made rich because we who are Christ’s have been given to Him! Ephesians 1:18 (LB)

4.   __________ WITH THE DREAM

12 I don’t mean that I am exactly what God wants me to be. I have not yet reached that goal. But I continue trying to reach it and make it mine. That’s what Christ Jesus wants me to do. It is the reason He made me His. 13 Brothers and sisters, I know that I still have a long way to go. But there is one thing I do: I forget what is in the past and try as hard as I can to reach the goal before me. 14 I keep running hard toward the finish line to get the prize that is mine because God has called me through Christ Jesus to life up there in heaven.15 All of us who have grown to be spiritually mature should think this way too. And if there is any of this that you don’t agree with, God will make it clear to you. Philippians 3:12-15 (ERV)

5. _________ THE DREAM IN SPITE OF PAST FAILURES

There is no one on earth who does what is right all the time and never makes a mistake. Ecclesiastes 7:20 (GNT)

For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost. Luke 19:10 (NKJV)
