Sunday, July 19, 2020 | For Such a Time as This | Process of Prayer and Fasting
Between chapter 4 and 5 there is white space in my bible. It’s a break in time. Esther said she would get involved but now period of time nothing is recorded. What was she doing, thinking? She will literally break the law by walking into the Kings presence uninvited. She spent time of fasting, praying, waiting.
- We gain strength
- We get better perspective
- We deepen determination to persevere
She is not rushing into unpredictable and unprecedented situation. Going to wait, give it to God.
