OUR HISTORY

How It All Began

Each Sunday, committed people met at the Shoney’s Inn to set up chairs, sound equipment and decorations. The goal was simple… to build believers and reach out to the un-churched. In the first five years, the church moved to several locations. There were rented facilities at the Shoney’s Hotel and the Women’s Club and then on to purchasing a medical building located on Hwy. 441 in Leesburg. The medical building needed a total remodeling, so as eager volunteers worked, the new home began to take shape. It wasn’t long before there were three services on Sundays at the new building!

Soon the amazing growth of the church made it necessary to purchase seven acres on South Street in Leesburg and TFH moved to its current home in 2002.

We have recently opened our 20,000 sq. ft. Impact Center where children, youth, young adults, adults, seniors and parents receive training, counseling and mentoring to find and fulfill their destiny.  The Impact Center is home to KidCity Learning Center Monday-Friday.  Click Here for more info.
